A group of 21 souls with great expectations,
\nwandering through Israel,\u00a0looking and searching.
\nWhere is Palestine. Hope?<\/p>\n

Nowhere but spots of areas here and there \u2013 homes, schools, parks, and farms,
\nonly foundations are seen. Hope?<\/p>\n

Another village, 531 in all, gone.
\nSo is the house of a sad elderly family man. Hope?<\/p>\n

A young child sits alone, chin in his hands,
\nNo one to play with, the house next door is gone. Hope?<\/p>\n

The long line at one of many check points,
\nMen with guns and questions. Hope?<\/p>\n

An olive grove on the other side of the wall, farmer unable to harvest.
\nNo permission at all.
\nSeems whatever we do there is no hope at all.<\/p>\n

Hills with rocks covered by planted trees and cactus hide more foundations.
\nCome and see, go and tell. Hope!!<\/p>\n

Too many walls and fences, everyone is afraid.
\nShots fired, fear, children running, falling.\u00a0Hope is not here.<\/p>\n

Warm sun, a breeze, singing, someone says God is near.
\nMore challenges, great struggles and discourse, faith is in the air. Hope?<\/p>\n

A church comes into view.<\/p>\n

People will share.
